We are excited to announce that LeadingAge Wisconsin will once again conduct a comprehensive long-term care compensation survey. The survey will launch on Monday, June 1, and remain upon through Friday, July 3, 2026.

This survey covers 96 job titles from the executive level to front line staff in skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and independent living. It is a critical tool for organizations to ensure their total compensation packages remain competitive.

LeadingAge Wisconsin has partnered with MRA, the Management Association, a third-party not-for-profit employer association, to conduct this custom compensation survey. All individual organization information provided will remain strictly confidential. MRA adheres to strict standards to preserve the confidentiality of your data and follows anti-trust Safe Harbor guidelines.

Starting June 1, MRA will distribute the online survey via email to collect your total compensation information. The email will come from salarysurvey.mranet@periscopeiq.com.

Please add @periscopeiq and surveys@mranet.org to your safe senders list to ensure delivery to your inbox.

Your participation is crucial to the success of this survey.

Participation is required to be eligible for purchasing the reports.

We look forward to your participation!
