This four-part, structured cohort experience is designed exclusively for NHAs and Assistant NHAs and combines practical leadership development with meaningful peer dialogue in a confidential setting.

The role of a Nursing Home Administrator has never been more demanding, and never more important. In 2026, LeadingAge Wisconsin invites you to invest in the leader behind the license through the Nursing Home Administrator Peer Networking Group.

This four-part, structured cohort experience is designed exclusively for NHAs and Assistant NHAs and combines practical leadership development with meaningful peer dialogue in a confidential setting.

2026 Session Dates:

April 8 • June 3 • September 9 • November 10

Location:

Columbia County Health Care Center

323 W. Monroe St.

Wyocena, WI 53969

Throughout the year, participants will explore:

  • Self-awareness and leadership presence
  • Sustainable leadership and delegation strategies
  • Expanding influence and shaping culture
  • Building accountability with clarity and courage

Each session builds on the next, creating space for reflection, application, and peer support.

The full year investment is $500, covering all four sessions, materials, lunch and facilitated instruction.

If you are ready to grow your leadership impact alongside colleagues who understand the unique challenges of long-term care, we encourage you to join us.

Registration closes April 6.
